How it works
We have figured out everything, so you go out and enjoy!
This event will not require much planning for either pilots or ATC. Pilots will spawn at their assigned gate in whatever livery and plane they so choose. One important detail is that your callsign MUST match the livery you are flying. After spawning in as a pilot, decide the route you wish to fly from our pre-selected routes and our flight plans. After choosing, please be sure to file the flight plan EXACTLY how the image shows it. Please be sure to listen to ATC and follow all ATC etiquette.

If you are interested in becoming an ATC, here is how it is going to work. First, you would have to decide, based on your timing, whether you would be ATC for departure, for arrival, or for both. If you are there for departure, spawn in as ATC 15 minutes before the event begins so you can be acquainted with your airport. If you are going to be arrival ATC, I will directly email each of you what time ZULU you should spawn into the tower. If you would like to be departure or arrival, please be aware that this will require some concentration, as you will be vectoring other aircraft. If you are interested in being an airport director/center, please fill out the ATC form and specify where you would like to be.
